Commercial and proforma invoices

A commercial invoice bills for goods or services already delivered. A proforma invoice is a preliminary bill sent before delivery so the client can approve the amount, pay a deposit or prepare import paperwork.

10 currencies with amount in words

Supports USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AUD, CAD, JPY, CNY, HKD and THB, with the correct currency symbol in the item table and totals and the amount written out in English words for the selected currency.

Payment-link QR (PayPal, Stripe, Wise)

Paste a PayPal.Me, Stripe Payment Link, Wise or any other payment page URL and BillKlong prints it as a QR code. Clients scan it with a phone camera to pay. BillKlong never handles the money and charges no fees.

Flexible tax (VAT, GST, Sales Tax)

Add an optional tax line with your own label and rate, or use 0% for exported services and exempt items. Thai withholding tax is not applied in this mode; switch to Thai mode when you need a Thai Revenue Code tax invoice.

1. Is BillKlong free for international invoices?

Yes. There is no document limit, no sign-up and no watermark on the PDF. You can create as many commercial invoices, proforma invoices, quotations and receipts as you need.

2. Which currencies can I invoice in?

Global mode supports 10 currencies: US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Japanese Yen (JPY), Chinese Yuan (CNY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and Thai Baht (THB). The symbol and the amount in words follow the currency you choose.

3. How do clients pay with the QR code on the invoice?

Paste your payment link, such as PayPal.Me, a Stripe Payment Link or Wise, into the payment link field. BillKlong turns it into a QR code on the document, and your client scans it with a phone camera to open the payment page. BillKlong does not process payments or take any fees.

4. I am based in Thailand. Can I send English invoices to foreign clients?

Yes. Global mode always produces documents in English, while the app interface can be in Thai or English. If you need a tax invoice under Revenue Code Section 86/4 or withholding tax, switch to Thai mode.

5. Is my invoice and client data stored on your servers?

No. BillKlong runs entirely in your browser. Client names, amounts and payment details are never sent to a server; drafts are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device.
